Yesterday a jury returned a defense verdict in favor of Microsoft in Judge Clark’s court in Beaumont, Texas.  The Eastern District of Texas Blog reports the jury was only out for a couple of hours before returning the defense verdict.  As reported in my last post, this would put the 2007 winning percentage in the Eastern District somewhere around two out of eight, or 25% for the year.
